Fall Flower Subscription – DELIVERY INCLUDED

The Fall Colour subscription is four weeks of farm-fresh flower bouquets with our favorite blooms from the fall garden.

• Four (4) weeks of fresh Fall flower for your home or office.
• Blooms last 5 to 10 days depending on varieties.
• Deliveries are Thursdays from September 1 – 22.
• Delivery is $20.00 per subscription ($5.00 / week). *included in price. 

Gift Purchases: If you are purchasing the subscription as a gift, please provide contact information including email for the recipient in the notes. You can also request a printed subscription gift card. They can be picked up at The Colour Farm in Callander with 24 hours notice.
