Working With Us
In order to provide the highest quality service, we only book one wedding or special event per weekend. To reserve your spot we require a non-refundable 20% deposit. We suggest booking early, especially for weddings and events in August and September.
We only work with flowers grown on our farm. Varieties and exact colours can not be guaranteed, but we do our best to work with a colour palette and style. The flowers we use will be truly at the peek of their season, fresh and gorgeous.
Flowers are available between May 20th and September 21st.
If you’re getting married after those dates, ask us about dried flower options.
Start the Process
Step 1: Download our Wedding Price List.
Step 2: Book your free consultation for a wedding or for another special life event. We want to learn all about your location, colour palette, style, arrangements and other key, important details.
Step 3: If you are interested in working with us, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit on the estimate to hold your spot while we create a vision board for your flowers. The vision board can be revised as many times as you like!
Step 4: We’ll touch base the week before your event to confirm everything. You are more than welcome to visit the farm at that time and point out the flowers you like best.
Step 5: The remainder of the fee is due on pick up or delivery. Flowers can be picked up at the farm, or delivered for a fee.
Custom Flowers For Your Weddings and Events
In our design work, we only use flowers, filler, greenery and herbs from our farm. We start with a colour palette and aesthetic, find varieties that match your ideals and work from there. If something changes in what’s available in the field the week of your event, we’ll substitute similar flowers in the same price point while maintaining colour palette and aesthetic.
We also love collaboration and are more than happy to work with a floral designer or event planner of your choice.
DIY Buckets of Flowers (Growing Season)
Flower arranging is an ancient art dating back to the Ancient Egyptians. Throughout history, humans have brought flowers into their home as symbols and art forms. Without putting the pressure of high art on yourself, it’s a fun, calming and refreshing activity. You choose a colour palette and aesthetic, we’ll cut and clean greenery, filler and focal flowers to make 1 large arrangement or 4-6 smaller sized bouquets. Flowers are always farmer’s choice and depend on season and availability. A great option for the DIY bride and creative weddings.
